# *Pelléas et Mélisande* von Claude Debussy

**Premiere Samstag, 25\. Mai 19 Uhr**

**Barrie Koskys** Inszenierung von Debussys ***Pelléas et Mélisande*** feiert am Samstag, 25\. Mai um 19 Uhr im Opernhaus Premiere. Die erfolgreiche Koproduktion mit de**r Komischen Oper Berlin** zeigt ***Golaud,*** den Enkel des ***Königs von Allemonde,*** die mysteriöse ***Mélisande,*** die er heiratet, und seinen Bruder ***Pelléas,*** der sich ebenfalls in ***Mélisande*** verliebt, wie in einem Laboratorium, in dem die Ringe einer Drehbühne die Figuren in immer neue Konstellationen bringt.

**Barrie Kosky** übersetzt die Oper in ein psychologisch tiefenscharfes, zugleich anrührendes Kammerstück, das die erschütternde Zeitlosigkeit einer tragischen Beziehungskonstellation offenlegt. Für Bühne und Licht ist **Klaus Grünberg** verantwortlich, Co-Bühnenbildnerin ist **Anne Kuhn,** Kostümbildnerin ist **Dinah Ehm.**

Die musikalische Leitung hat Generalmusikdirektor **Alexander Soddy** – es singen Raymond Ayers (Gast), Astrid Kessler, Joachim Goltz, Patrick Zielke, Marie-Belle Sandis, Fridolin Bosse aus dem Kinderchor des NTM und Mathias Tönges (Gast).
